Crisis Intervention Training

WCTS Crisis Intervention Training instructors were at the forefront of decade-long, city-wide, CIT programs that included police officers, first responders, service providers, school safety officers, administrators and social workers. CIT and Mental/Behavioral Health De-escalation techniques are designed to keep officers and consumers safe, while providing the best possible care and welfare of assaultive, disruptive, or out-of-control persons even during the most violent encounters. Our programs are recognized by the DOJ, and certified in multiple local and state jurisdictions.
